Medtronic elevates Himanshu Kapila as Director- HR, India

A global healthcare technology leader, Medtronic has announced the appointment of Himanshu Kapila as Director- Human Resources, India.

Himanshu has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director, Human Resources, India at Medtronic! #medtronicemployee.”

Most recently, he was Sr. Manager HR, India Commercial Organization & Commercial Excellence, APAC Emerging Markets at Medtronic. He has been working with the organization for over 10 years.

Himanshu has over Ten Years of experience in HR. He has a strong ability to map out both short and long-term goals while maintaining work/life balance and functionality aspects including workforce and talent planning to align with business/functional strategy.

He was also associated with Career Launcher as Centre Manager. In this role, he was responsible for Managing Branding and Awareness activities for Career Launcher, Rohtak. He delivered a growth rate of above 20% in Revenue as in charge of the Center.

Himanshu holds his master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur. He completed his B.E in Electronic and Communication engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
