As the newly appointed VP-HR, Dharmesh Kansara will play a pivotal role in shaping MRL Tyres’ HR strategies and operations.

Dharmesh Kansara: A Seasoned HR Leader
Dharmesh Kansara brings over 27 years of HR leadership experience to his new role. His expertise spans various industries, making him a valuable asset for the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Before joining MRL Tyres, Dharmesh served as the Director of Human Resources at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires.
During his tenure, he spearheaded strategic HR initiatives, emphasizing employee relations and workforce development. His leadership contributed to operational efficiency and a harmonious work environment.
Dharmesh also held the position of Head of HR Business Partner at AIA Engineering Ltd. His focus was on aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing talent acquisition, and streamlining HR processes.
Earlier in his career, he led HR and administrative functions at Borosil Renewables Ltd. and Adani Ports and SEZ. His contributions supported business growth and operational excellence.
Dharmesh’s journey began at Essar Steel, where he spent over a decade as the Plant HR Lead. His responsibilities included workforce management and fostering employee engagement at the Surat facility.
