Niyo appoints former Airtel executive Jagdish B as Head- HR

India’s leading Fintech, Niyo has announced the appointment of former Airtel executive Jagdish B as Head- Human Resources.

Vinay Bagri, co-founder and CEO of Niyo said, “I am delighted to welcome Jagadish to our family. I am confident that his vast experience and track record of delivering on business imperatives and people’s agenda will help us further strengthen our employee-first endeavor.”

He has over 25 years of leadership experience in the HR domain. Prior to joining Niyo, Jagdish B was associated with Thinksynq Solutions as a partner. Previously, he has held HR leadership positions for India’s two leading telecom companies – Vodafone and Bharti Airtel.

Jagadish said during his appointment, “Niyo’s vision to build a strong financial services institution with a clear strategic direction gained my interest. I am heartened by their core ideology of keeping people and teams at the centre of every business decision. I am passionate about building a thriving company culture at the firm.”
