Novotel appoints Sanyukta Gholap as Director- Talent & Culture

Novotel Pune has announced the appointment of Sanyukta Gholap as the Director- Talent & Culture. 

In this role at Novotel Pune, Sanyukta will be responsible for being instrumental in developing and managing annual budgets for her division, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses, preparing HR SOPs and P&Ps, and preparing and closing union wage agreements and MOS.

Sanyukta Gholap is a dynamic HR professional with nearly 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management within the Hotel Industry. She possesses exposure to all Human Resources functions with an international chain of hotels, which also includes extensive experience in setting up HR functions of various pre-opening hotel units. 

Sanyukta Gholap has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director Talent and Culture at Novotel Pune Nagar Road-Accor!”

Prior to joining Novotel Pune, Sanyukta Gholap was heading the human resources team at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi for over five years. She has been associated with organizations such as Accor Hotels – Mercure Lavasa & Lavasa International Convention Centre, Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, and Oberoi Hotels – Trident Bandra Kurla, Mumbai.

Sanyukta holds her Master’s in Business Administration specializing in HR in the year 2012 from Savitribai Phule Pune University and she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Gangtok.
