Pankaj Pradeep joins Dhanuka Agritech as CHRO & Vice President- HR

Pankaj boasts two decades of experience in HR and before joining Dhanuka Agritech, he was associated with Fiat India Automobiles Private Limited, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of the organization.

His career is marked by notable stints with esteemed companies such as Federal-Mogul, Denso India, and Mindarika. In these roles, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of HR practices, contributing to the enhancement of workplace culture and operational efficiency.

Pankaj is a post-graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. His rich experience and strategic insights make him a valuable addition to the Dhanuka Agritech leadership team.
