Pathkind Labs appoints Vivek Vashisth as Head- HR

A leading name in diagnostics, Pathkind Labs has appointed Vivek Vashisth as Head of Human Resources.

Vivek is an HR professional with almost 2 decades of experience in various HR roles of which 8 years has been in Leadership position.

Vivek is passionate about people and their processes that enhance employee performance and potential towards achieving organizational objectives.

His experience included various industries and sectors with leading Indian organizations (Infrastructure, EPC, Steel, Power, Hospitality, Exports, Poly and Chemicals).

Moreover, his strengths and areas of expertise include Talent Management, Workforce Strategy, HR Business Partnering, Organisation Transformation and Development and Change Management, Culture building, Capability Building, Leadership and Talent Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and HRMS.

Prior to Pathkind Labs, he was associated with Intech Organics Limited as General Manager HR & Admin. In this role, he was leading Talent Management, Organization Development, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Plant HR Operations, Process Improvement, Business Strategy, Administration, Change Management.

His earlier experience include working with Jayanita, BC Jindal Group, Lanco, Bajaj Group, Abhijeet Group, and Sahara India Pariwar.

Vivek is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He holds his PGDBA, HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
