Reliance Retail gets Lalit Kar as SVP- Workforce Management

The retail initiative of RIL, Reliance Retail appoints Lalit Kar as Senior Vice President – Workforce Management. He was formerly Head of HR (Senior Vice President) at Reliance Digital Retail Ltd.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President – Workforce Management at Reliance Retail!”

Lalit has over three decades of experience in HR domain leading various leadership roles.

His earlier stints include working with Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President & Head – HR, and National Dairy Development Board ( Safal, Dhara, Mother Dairy) as Plant HR Head / Regional HR Manager for South Region.

Lalit started his career working with Orissa Industries Ltd. (ORIND) as Personnel Officer. In this role, he coordinated all communication schemes like the Joint Management Council, Works Committee, and Shop-floor Meetings and took care of all the Small Group Activities (SGA).
