Schindler India appoints Jyoti Abrol as SVP and Head – HR

Schindler India, a manufacturer, installer, and service provider of elevators, and escalators, appoints Jyoti Abrol as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Head- HR.

With a rich human resources experience, Jyoti comes with valuable insights and leadership to the organization as it continues to evolve in the competitive landscape of the elevator and escalator industry.

In her new role, Jyoti Abrol will oversee the entire gamut of People and culture agenda for Schindler India.

She envisions aligning HR strategies closely with business goals, fostering talent development, and enhancing employee experience to propel Schindler India’s growth trajectory.

Extensive HR Background

Jyoti Abrol boasts over two decades of HR experience, having held pivotal roles in various esteemed organizations.

Prior to joining Schindler, she was associated with Thermo Fisher Scientific India, where she worked since 2017, and most recently held the position of Director – HR. Here she played a crucial role in shaping the HR strategy and enhancing employee engagement since 2017.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Jyoti has worked with notable companies such as Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Citibank, Hindustan Times, Indusion Consulting, and Monsanto Company.

She earned her MBA from the prestigious SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, which is known for producing skilled professionals in the field of management.
