SI-UK Global appoints Shiwali Arora as Head- Human Resources

A trusted UK Universities partner, SI-UK Global has appointed Shiwali Arora as Head- Human Resources. In this role, she will be responsible for the gamut of people & culture of the organization.

She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “Super thrilled to announce my new role as Head – HR at SI-UK Global. Looking forward to contributing to SI-UK India’s success and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

“Grateful for this opportunity and excited for the challenges and achievements that lie ahead. Excited for the journey ahead!”, she added.

Shiwali is an HR professional viewed as a catalyst in driving the HR Strategy linked with a Business strategy to support business objectives.

She is adept in handling the roles of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Engagement with impactful Employee Experience with over 18 years of experience.

Prior to SI-UK Global, she was associated with Transsion India as Head of – Center of Excellence (HR). Her earlier stints include working with Aakash Educational Services Limited, and DishTV.

She started her career working with Gap as Human Resources Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for Talent Management, Competency Gap Analysis, Job Analysis, and Talent Acquisition.
