Simpplr, the leading employee experience platform, has announced the appointment of Amit Badkas as Director – Human Resources, India.
Amit brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across global organizations such as Oracle, Dell, Mandiant (later acquired by Google), MaxLinear, ABN AMRO Bank, and Wipro.
His expertise spans HR business partnering, recruitment, leadership development, compensation, and M&A integration. He is also a credentialed Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Career Journey and Achievements
Most recently, Amit worked as Director – HR at MaxLinear, a global semiconductor company.
Prior to that, he spent eight years at Mandiant, where he played a pivotal role in expanding India operations across Bangalore and Pune, managing integrations through acquisitions, and later serving as Global HR Business Partner for the engineering organization.
Under his leadership, Mandiant India was recognized among the Top 50 Best Employers in India by the Great Place to Work Institute in 2020.
He earned his Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
