TIAA gets Kaushik Das as Sr. Director and Head- Talent & Culture

Kaushik Das, a seasoned HR professional, has joined TIAA, a leading global financial services provider as Senior Director and Head- Talent & Culture.

Kaushik brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous stints at prominent organizations such as Citi, Siemens, D’DECOR HOME FABRICS, and Scaale Inc.

Vision at TIAA

In his new role at TIAA, Kaushik Das aims to lead, drive, and execute key initiatives that foster an inclusive culture.

Kaushik will strategize and implement talent management practices to attract, retain, and develop top talent within TIAA. His expertise will contribute to building a robust talent pipeline.

He will enhance performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual development.

Background and Expertise

Kaushik Das holds an MBA from IMI Belgium and has a strong foundation in commerce.

His career trajectory has been marked by significant contributions to talent development, learning, and organizational culture.

Kaushik spent over seven years at Planman Group-IIPM, where he steadily climbed the ladder.

Starting as an assistant manager, he eventually became the Assistant Vice President of the Strategic Management Group.

At D’décor, Kaushik served as the Senior Manager for Learning and Development.

His role involved establishing best practices and strategically managing talent development across the organization.

As the L&D Partner at Siemens, Kaushik drove people development initiatives in India.

He collaborated with the global learning team in Germany to align the learning strategy with local needs.

Kaushik joined Citi as the Vice President for Talent and Development in South Asia.

His responsibilities expanded over time, culminating in his role as Senior VP and Head of Talent, Learning, and DEI for the South Asia region.
