Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has announced the appointment of Frank Poncheri as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Frank will report directly to CEO Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi and play a pivotal role in shaping Vertiv’s HR strategy, development, and execution.

In his capacity as CHRO, Frank will lead Vertiv’s HR initiatives, aligning them with the company’s strategic priorities. His focus will extend beyond traditional HR functions to include excellence in talent acquisition and employee development.

Vertiv CHRO Frank’s Background and Expertise
Frank Poncheri brings over 15 years of experience in HR and corporate strategy to his new role. His expertise spans global employee development, talent management, and fostering high-performance culture.
Prior to joining Vertiv, Frank held various leadership positions during his 10-year tenure at Owens Corning. His career in HR began at GE Aerospace, where he completed their intensive HR Leadership Program.
Frank holds two degrees from The Ohio State University, Max M. Fisher College of Business: a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Labor Relations & Human Resources.
