Apollo Hospitals appoints Mayank Rautela as Group CHRO

The largest integrated private hospital group in Asia, Apollo Hospitals has appointed Mayank Rautela as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I am excited to share that I have embarked upon a new Career Journey as ‘Group Chief Human Resources Officer’ with Apollo Hospitals, an organisation with Unparalleled Legacy and Vision.”

Mayank is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of experience in HR leadership roles in various industries including Hospitality, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

He has led teams and cross-functional projects to drive Business strategy and has experience in Heading Strategic HR functions in a global healthcare organization.

Mayank has international experience heading HR in European Emerging Markets and the Middle East.

Prior to Apollo Hospitals, he was associated with CARE Hospitals, Quality CARE India Limited as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

His earlier stints include working with Tata Motor Finance, Taj Hotels, Sitel, Tracmail India Pvt Ltd, and Piramal Healthcare Limited (Formerly Nicholas Healthcare).

Mayank is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He holds a Master’s in Labour Laws and labor Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
