Ashish Kakkar joins Polycab India as CHRO & Executive President

India’s leading electrical solutions provider, Polycab India has appointed Ashish Kakkar as Chief Human Resource Officer & Executive President.

He is a passionate HR leader with expertise in business partnering, change management, leadership development, and operational excellence. 

Prior to Polycab India, Ashish Kakkar was associated with ICICI Home Finance Company Limited as Chief Human Resource officer.

His earlier stints include working with ICICI Bank, 3i Infotech Ltd., and ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. Previously, he was working with Pepsico India Holdings Pvt Ltd as HR Capability Manager. In this role, he was taking care of organization capability & development function for West Market unit.

Ashish holds his Bachelor of Science from Goa University and completed Post Graduation in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies & Masters in Labour Law from Pune University in 1997.
