boAt appoints Charmie Awasthi as Chief Human Resources Officer

The world’s 5th largest wearable brand, boAt Lifestyle has announced the appointment of Charmie Awasthi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Charmie Awasthi is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience. She has demonstrated a history of working with flagship Broadcast & Digital Brands in the Media industry.

Charmie Awasthi is skilled in Business Partnering, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Organization Effectiveness.

Prior to boAt Lifestyle, Charmie was associated with VOOT as AVP – Human Resources Business HR Head – National Entertainment & Digital Ventures.

Previously, Charmie was associated with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited where she has led various leadership roles. She worked with the organization for over twelve years.

Charmie Awasthi holds a Masters’s in Business Administration (M.B.A), Human Resource Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management. She did her bachelor’s degree, Information Technology from the St. Francis Institute Of Technology.
