DCM Shriram Group appoints Pallavi Poddar as CHRO

Fenesta Building Systems (Unit Of DCM Shriram Limited) has announced the appointment of Pallavi Poddar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Pallavi Poddar has shared the information on social media and said, “I am thrilled to announce that I have joined Fenesta Building Systems (DCM Shriram Group) as CHRO “

“Last couple of days I had the pleasure of interacting with some amazing business leaders and HR team members who are extremely welcoming and collaborative. I am looking forward to working with this incredible team. The team at Fenesta Windows is full of passion to excel, and I am looking forward to joining them in their mission to achieve exponential growth”, she added.

“But while embarking on this new journey, my heart also lies with my leaders and colleagues at Ingersoll Rand with whom I had the pleasure of working for 4.9 years and having a magnificent partnership. I am thankful for my awesome learning & growth at IR”, she said.

Pallavi joins Fenesta from Ingersoll Rand where she was Regional HR Director – India, Middle East, and Africa. In this role, she led the talent strategy for employees across India, Middle East & Africa. She worked with the organization from Feb 2018 – Oct 2022.

Earlier, Pallavi was Director with ASESA Talent Partners. In this role, she was committed to help organization find right talent. In just few months acquired 15+ clients and placed 100+ talents.

Previously, Pallavi was associated with Nestle as HR Manager- Learning & Training and Saint-Gobain as Assistant Manager- HR.

Pallavi holds Master of Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Symbiosis Center for Management & Human Resource Management.
