Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Announces New Head- Human Resources

Ramendrajit Sen, VP & Head-HR, Hewlett Packard Enterprise India is moving to a new global role as Head Learning and Professional Development. And he will be Succeeded by Sailesh Menezes, Senior Director & Head – Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, India.

“Today, announcing this development, Ramendrajit Sen said, After 7 years of leading the awesome HR team in India, I am excited to handover the baton to Sailesh Menezes. Having worked with Sailesh for many years I am confident that he will lead Hewlett Packard Enterprise India to greater heights!”

He also added, “As for me .. I am all set to write a new chapter as I move to our HQ in San Jose to Globally head Learning and Professional Development. Thank you Team India!”

Ramendrajit is a senior HR leader with over 27 years of experience in Human Resources. He has joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise-India in 2013 and previously worked with companies like Aon Hewitt, Sify Ltd, Tata Infotech and DataPro Infoworld in leadership roles.

Sailesh Menezes is an experienced Leader in Human Resources with a demonstrated history of working in the Product Engineering, Information Technology and IT Services Industry with over 22 years of experience in India and the US. His core expertise includes HR Strategy & Consulting, People Practices, Policy & Process Formulation, Business Partnering, Talent Enablement & Acquisition, Total Rewards, M&A and Change Management.
