ITC Infotech appoints former Flipkart Malliga Rajkumar as CHRO

A global technology solution and services leader, ITC Infotech has announced the appointment of Malliga Rajkumar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

The company said, “We are pleased to welcome Malliga Rajkumar who has joined as ITC Infotech’s Chief Human Resources Officer.”

“Malliga brings close to two decades of HR experience steeped in strong strategic and operational leadership cutting across Hi-Tech & E-commerce industries”, the company added. 

The company further said, “In her career, Malliga has successfully led transformative talent & culture agendas at scale. Malliga, a warm welcome to the ITC Infotech family.”

She is an experienced HR Leader with a demonstrated history of delivering impact collaboratively & leading teams across countries in India & Asia – in HR Business Partnership and talent Acquisition Roles.

Prior to ITC Infotech, Malliga was associated with Flipkart as HR Leader – Talent Branding and University Relations. She started her career working with Intel Corporation where she held various leadership roles. Her last designation was Director, Head of HR for North Asia, Asia Pacific & Japan.

She holds her Master’s in Business Administration from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and completed her bachelor’s from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.
