Kyndryl India appoints Rajita Singh as Chief People Officer

IT infrastructure services provider, Kyndryl India has announced the appointment of Rajita Singh as Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, she will lead the HR function for the company in India.

Rajita Singh has confirmed the development on social media and said, “Excited to announce that I have joined the phenomenal team at Kyndryl as the Chief People Officer for India.”

“Powering human progress by touching a billion lives with technology transformations, working towards a better world to live in, is a fab opportunity. Such a privilege to be able to create immense value rooted in a growth mindset, ultimately making an impact at scale”, she added.

She further said, “It has been an outstanding week, getting to meet with the brightest and the best, so passionate about what they do. Carrying a legacy of a century and the agility of a start-up. Rajita Singh has over two decades of experience in the HR Domain. She joined Kyndryl India from Broadridge where Rajita was Head of HR. She worked with the organization from Apr 2007 – Nov 2022.

Earlier, Rajita was Recruitment Head with ADP. She worked with ADP from 2000 – 2007. She holds her master’s in Business Administration in HR and Marketing and did EFPM- PhD from XLRI- Jamshedpur.
