A fintech company, Paytail has announced the appointment of Reena Yadav as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Reena has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Paytail!”
Reena has over 18 years of experience across different industries (ITES/Telcom/BFSI/FMCG). She has deep exposure to the development & implementation of HR Processes& Employee practices
Reena is a high performer with proven abilities in management, strategy, and execution. Her career graph includes a deep dive experience across HR functions like Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Information Systems, and ERP, Employee Engagement, Business and Strategic HR focusing on business growth and employee satisfaction.
Prior to Paytail, Reena was the Founder of Whizz Talent. In this role, she was in the HR consulting role focused on driving people priorities aligned with the business agenda in the SME segment.
Earlier, Reena was Business Head – Human Resources at iYogi. In this role, she partnered with businesses to support the talent management agenda. Additionally, she was responsible to ensure the rollout of the HR programs within the business – succession management, performance management, people issues, etc.
Previously, Reena was working with Spectranet as Sr Manager – Human Resources. In this role, she was responsible for providing program and policy deployment, planning, guidance, and support to ensure specific business objectives are achieved. She also acted as the trusted business advisor and consultant for HR programs.
Reena’s earlier stint also includes working with Careercruise (HUL, AIG, Hughes Communication) as a Manager – Human Resources. In this role, she was responsible for Managing HR operations for organizations like Hughes Communication, AIG Home Finance, and Hindustan Unilever. She started her career working with Vertex as an HR Representative.
Reena holds her Master’s Degree in HRM from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree, Industrial Relations & Personal Management from the Indraprastha College For Women.
