His strategic foresight and innovative approach have consistently driven global expansion, operational excellence, and profitability for the companies he has served.

In his leadership journey, Prosenjit has been directly accountable for HR strategy and policy at the board and CXO levels, partnering closely with promoters and leadership teams to align people strategies with business growth.

He has a proven record in enabling financial performance, optimizing costs, and building people-centric cultures that fuel long-term success.

His expertise spans governance frameworks, succession planning, global capability centers, and transformation programs — guiding organizations from scaling startups to strengthening Fortune 100/500 enterprises.

Before joining Kalamandir Jewellers, Prosenjit served as CHRO at SRKay Consulting Group, where he led governance, capability building, and talent strategy initiatives.

His earlier stints include leadership roles at Azure Knowledge Corporation, KocharTech, and Startek India.
