Sanjev Vaid elevated as MD- Human Resources at Royal Bank of Scotland

Sanjev Vaid elevated as Managing Director – Human Resources, Head – Reward & Employment, India at Royal Bank of Scotland. He succeeds Anuranjita Kumar who stepped down recently.

Mr. Vaid has been working with RBS since 2018 as Head- Rewards, Pensions & Benefits. He is a certified Job Evaluator, Trainer in areas of Process and Quality Education, Lead ISO auditor and certified Talent Assessor.

Sanjev has over two decades of experience in human resources. He is an HR Leader with proven expertise in strategic change management at different life stages in varying industries. He has worked on start-ups and established operational efficiency and effectiveness. He has exposure in Merger and acquisition, cultural integration and standardization of policies, processes, systems, and org structure. He has Worked on turn around using lean strategies to remove inefficiencies and remove wastage. He has effectively right-sized organizations while managing a volatile employee relations environment and regulatory framework.

Prior to joining RBS in 2018, Mr. Vaid has also worked with companies like Citi Bank, GE India, and Bharti Airtel.

Sanjev has done his B Sc. (Hons) in Electronics and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Delhi.
