Religare’s Ex- Global HR Head Ashish Anand Joins SAR Group of Companies as Chief Human Resources Officer.
SAR Group of companies is a diversified business group into Energy & Energy Storage, Water, Purity & Smart Home Appliances, E- Vehicles, Cleantech, & Venture Capital. Businesses are done under Livguard, Livpure, Livgreen, Lectrix, LIvFin, Lockthedeal, and few other brands.
Ashish has diverse & multi-industry experience of more than 19 years in areas such as Org design & scale-up, system thinking, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, ESOP, and compensation management across Automobile, FMCG and Financial Services.
Ashish started his career at Piaggio and later worked at Dabur India, where in his last role, he was simultaneously managing various portfolios such as – international business as HR head, HR Business Partner-Sales (West & South) and Corporate HR.
Ashish is a commerce graduate from BMCC, Pune University, an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and has undergone an executive education program at ISB-Kellogg.
