Sterlite Power elevates Kamaljeet Kaur as Chief Human Resources Officer

Sterlite Power has elevated Kamaljeet Kaur as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective May 2021. Most recently prior to this, she was working with the company as Executive Vice President- HR for 4 years.

As a CHRO she will be responsible for the entire gamut of human resource functions including capability building through talent acquisition and talent development, strategic HR initiatives, manpower planning, and organization transformation.

Kamaljeet has over 18 years of experience with global multinational companies and large Indian organizations across diverse sectors such as Automobile, infrastructure, FMCG, services, and retail. Previously, some of the companies she has worked for are Wrigley, Hero Motor Corp, Jubilant FoodWorks, HDFC Bank.

She is an Economics graduate and an alumnus of Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD (SCMHRD), a premier HR MBA institute in India.

She is a Certified life coach and believes in continuous learning in the age of new generation HR technologies, talent analytics and initiatives for high performing organizations.
