Prodapt, a leading provider of consulting, engineering, and transformation services for the telecom and technology industry, has taken a significant step forward.

The completion of the first phase of expansion of its nearshore operations center in Panama marks a strategic move that promises to enhance service delivery across the Americas.

The Expanded Center: A Hub for Experts

Prodapt chose Panama for its nearshore center due to its strategic location. Nestled between North and South America, Panama provides an unmatched geographic advantage for serving clients across the region.

The expanded center seats technology and domain experts proficient in multiple languages. This linguistic diversity ensures seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Panama’s talent pool is brimming with emerging digital engineering professionals. These experts play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

The Government of Panama has fostered a business-friendly environment, encouraging investment and growth. Prodapt recognized this and capitalized on it.

Technical Support: The technical support team ensures seamless operations for clients, troubleshooting issues promptly.

Inauguration and Distinguished Guests

The expanded center was inaugurated by Pabitra Margherita, India’s Minister of State for External Affairs and Textiles, and Dr. Sumit Seth, India’s Ambassador to Panama.

Senior executives from Prodapt and leading Communications Service Providers (CSPs) in the region graced the occasion. Their presence underscores the significance of this expansion.

In Sumit Seth’s words, “The Indian government is constantly working with the Government of Panama to help firms to maximise their reach in their target regions.”

“As the first India-headquartered technology services and consulting provider to set up operations and expand in Panama, I am confident that Prodapt will further scale its operations and deliver technology-led differentiation to clients,” Sumit added.

Prodapt Vision

Exponential Growth: What began as a six-seater setup in Panama has now expanded to accommodate 200 technology and domain experts. These professionals offer critical delivery and troubleshooting services.

AI-First Offerings: Prodapt’s commitment to AI-first offerings aligns with industry trends. As technology evolves, so does Prodapt’s portfolio of services.

Always-On Services: Prodapt aims to provide comprehensive, always-on services to its clients. The Panama center plays a pivotal role in achieving this goal.
