Accenture is hiring career gap professionals with Career Reboot Program. This is an exclusive program helping women return to the workforce after a career break.

Being a part of this program, you will have access to resources that will support your holistic development. The blend of exclusively curated trainings, experiential learning boards and world-class online resources with skill-based mentorship are designed for rebooters to ace their tracks.

The program is powered by Accenture’s Vaahini Network – a network of 120,000 women professionals.

The platform is created to help women reach their professional goals through training, mentorship, and a network that its members can leverage to help them succeed in their careers.

Commenting on the Career Reboot Program, Accenture said, “We offer support and mentorship to all our people at every stage of their careers. At Accenture, we provide robust internal training to professionals enabling them to fast track their career growth and assume deserving roles as per their skill sets.”

“We allow flexible work arrangements to our rebooters, considering their choice of track, individual needs, and our business or client requirements. This can include a Part-time schedule, flexible working hours or even work from home”, the company added.

Eligibility to Apply at Accenture’s Career Reboot Program

  1. Women with a career break of over 24 months are eligible to apply.
  2. The program duration will depend on your skill level and experience as well as the track you choose. Full-time tracks are not time-bound and your training course will be based on our standard employment policies. If you opt for internship, the duration will depend on the business unit and its on-job program construct. Once you apply for a role, you may contact the recruiter assigned for additional guidance.
  3. There will be multiple learning channels and options available. You can learn at your convenience and pace. However, you must adhere to the schedule of your online/offline training sessions and the timelines of the project or business requirements you are handling, based on the track you have opted for.
