TCS iON is inviting job applications for hiring pre-final and final-year students of any stream or degree, who are graduating between 2019 and 2025. This invitation also extends to working professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

The TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) allows you to demonstrate your skills to leading companies. You can be assessed on aptitude skills, domain-specific skills, or work values.

Your TCS NQT Scorecard will highlight your performance in each test section. You can use this scorecard to apply for jobs with various companies that recognize TCS NQT scores, both on our website and the websites of these companies.

Who can Apply for TCS iON?

  • Pre-final or final-year students of any stream or degree
  • Students passing between 2019-2025, who are looking for a job
  • Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience

Steps to Apply

  • Step 1: Apply to TCS NQT and appear for the Test.
  • Step 2: Get your NQT Score.
  • Step 3: Apply to multiple jobs on our website.
  • Step 4: Apply for jobs on other Corporates’ websites too.
  • Step 5: Get jobs basis your NQT Score and suitability.
  • Apply before: 15th August, 2024
  • Test Date: 27th August, 2024

TCS Freshers Hiring

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services giant, is set to impact India’s job market significantly. The company announced its plan to hire 40,000 freshers in the current financial year, reaffirming India’s enduring appeal as a talent hub.

Milind Lakkad, Chief HR Officer at TCS, highlighted India’s enduring appeal for talent amidst diverse skill requirements and geopolitical challenges elsewhere.

He stated, “The diversity of skills that are required, talent available in other markets, other geopolitical challenges in certain geographies, and if you look at all of these, India is the destination for talent, and that is not going to change shortly.”

In the April – June quarter of the financial year 2024-25, TCS added 5,452 employees, bringing the total headcount to 606,998. The employee base is diverse, with 35.5% women and 151 nationalities.

TCS remains committed to nurturing fresh talent and providing comprehensive training. As the IT sector worldwide transforms, India continues to remain an important hub for talent, adeptly navigating the tectonic shifts shaping the sector.
