Ethisphere names HCLTech amongst the 2024 World’s Most Ethical Companies

HCLTech, a leading technology company, announced that it has received the coveted designation as one of World’s Most Ethical Companies® 2024 by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

This process entails providing extensive evidence of their commitment to fostering an ethical culture, implementing environmentally-friendly practices, prioritizing social and governance initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as supporting a robust value chain.

HCLTech has a total headcount stood at 224,756 across 60 countries, delivering industry-leading capabilities centered around digital, engineering, cloud, AI, and software, powered by a broad portfolio of technology services and products.

The company added 3617 employees in Q3. Moreover, the company’s attrition (LTM) rate for the quarter moderated further to 12.76% from 14.2% in Q2 FY24 and 21.7% YoY.
