Nagarro India hiring for various WFH & WFA Jobs, freshers can also apply

Recently, Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering said that it is planning to add 4,500 people to its workforce globally in the coming months, which will also include freshers.

Nagarro continues to hire talent aggressively across the world, especially in Austria, China, Germany, India, Mexico, Romania, Sri Lanka, the UAE, and the United States.

These positions are open for lateral hiring and also company plans to hire many youngsters fresh out of college. These numbers are required to support Nagarro’s growth and cover attrition.

The company invites job applications for various Work From Home, and Work From Anywhere jobs for both freshers and experienced people in India.

According to last statement, the company’s size of its workforce has crossed the 15,000 mark.

“From 8,700 at the end of 2020 to 15,000 Nagarrians 14 months later – this shows how the global demand for digital engineering has translated into intense growth for Nagarro.” Nagarro CEO Manas Fuloria said on February 28 this year.

“Some of this growth has come through acquisitions but we have also hired in record numbers, especially in India.” He had added.

On its advertisement page, Nagarro said, “Our mission is to make distance irrelevant between intelligent people”.

The company added, “We have always practiced ways of working that allow us to have teams which are distributed across different cities and countries,”

Currently, the company employs over 15,000 people in 28 countries with major centers in Romania, Austria, Germany, India, Mexico, the UAE, and the US.

Founded in 1996, Nagarro was taken over by the German technology group Allgeier SE in 2011.

Nagarro has a strong presence in India with over 8,000 employees across its offices in Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Indore, Dehradun, and Hyderabad. It is also opening four new offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Patna, increasing its presence in 14 cities in India.
