Global management consulting and technology firm ZS has announced the opening of a new office in Hyderabad, marking a significant milestone in its India growth strategy.

ZS inaugurated a new facility at Raheja IT Park in HITEC City, spanning 50,000 square feet. They designed it to accommodate between 550 and 600 employees.

This expansion is part of ZS’s broader plan to enhance its service capabilities for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, which have seen increasing demand for specialized consulting and digital transformation support.

The Hyderabad office will serve as a key hub for delivering customized, high-impact solutions to global clients, leveraging ZS’s proprietary AI platforms and domain expertise.

Hyderabad: A Strategic Choice for Talent and Innovation

Hyderabad provides ZS with a strategic edge, thanks to its robust talent pool and mature infrastructure.

Being close to key clients enables the firm to scale its operations and attract skilled professionals more effectively.

Mohit Sood, ZS’s Regional Managing Principal, stated that the company established its presence in the city just a year ago.

The expansion was successfully executed within that short timeframe.

He said the move enhances their ability to support both new and established GCCs by actively building foundations, designing operating models, and driving technology-driven transformation.

ZS Supporting Global Clients Through Local Expertise

ZS’s Hyderabad office will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s global client base. The company will especially prioritize the healthcare and life sciences sectors in its focus.

The company aims to provide end-to-end support—from strategy and analytics to technology implementation—through its India-based teams.

The firm’s proprietary platforms and AI-driven tools will play a central role in its service offerings.

These technologies help clients tackle complex challenges like digital health adoption, patient engagement, and improving operational efficiency.

The Hyderabad team will collaborate closely with ZS’s other India offices to ensure seamless service delivery across geographies.

ZS’s Growing Footprint in India

ZS was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Evanston, Illinois.

ZS has expanded over the years into a global organization. It employs more than 13,000 people across over 35 offices worldwide.

In India, the company now employs 10,000 professionals across six cities: Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, and Noida.

The Hyderabad office adds to ZS’s expanding footprint in India, reinforcing its commitment to investing in local talent and infrastructure.

The firm continues to focus on building agile teams capable of delivering scalable solutions to clients across industries.
