Capgemini invites applications for its Off Campus Drive for the Customer Support Group (CSG) role based in Coimbatore.

CSG is the first line of defense in managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests via both traditional (email and voice) and digital (chat, BOTs) contact channels.

This team focuses on delivering optimized, proactive, and user-centric IT support solutions globally for Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division.

Job Responsibilities

As part of CSG, you will provide top-notch customer service and technical troubleshooting through multiple channels, including voice, email, and chat.

The role involves ticket management, prioritizing and tracking tickets, and ensuring timely resolution. You will also leverage business intelligence tools to analyze ticket data and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supporting various industries such as telecommunication, financial services, healthcare, and technology.

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates must have completed a 3-year diploma or graduate in 2024 and possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and basic computing knowledge.

Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts and relocate is essential. Candidates must have no backlogs at the time of assessment and joining.
