Rashi Goel, ex-Director – Marketing and Consumer Communications, Nestle India has joined Amazon India as Director-Marketing, effective from September 2021.
At Nestle, Goel worked for four years and led the media strategy and buying, along with brand communication across TV and digital. Additionally, she was also the business executive officer- breakfast cereals and was heading the breakfast cereals business for the South Asia cluster.
Prior to joining Nestle, Goel was the CMO at The Kraft Heinz Company India, where she handled brands like Complan, GluconD, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, and Nycil.
Previously, she had also worked with Givaudan PTE, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Unilever, and L’Oreal.
She is commerce graduate from Jesus & Mary College, holds master’s degree in marketing management from MDI, and also earned Sloan Fellowship, an advanced MBA program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
