Ina Bajwa, VP – HR, moves on from Tata Communications

Tata Communications‘ Vice President Human Resources Ina Bajwa has moved on from the organization. However, She has not disclosed her next adventure.

She has shared the post on LinkedIn saying, “A few weeks ago, I shared my intent to move on from Tata Communications. I wouldn’t be honest if I said I didn’t feel nervous. Having spent a decade, and being involved in dealing with one people challenge to another, being here had become a way of life.”

“As my journey to evolve continues, I look back fondly over these years, and want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all those who contributed to an incredible decade at Tata Communications. Thank you to all the leaders who nurtured & inspired me and gave the space to deliver results by letting me be my authentic self”, the post added.

“Thank you to all the colleagues in business and HR teams, who worked with me, let me play a part in their growth, trusted me with their honesty and inspired to come up with relevant people solutions”, the post said.

“Thank you to all my team members across the years – for being a special group of people – mission-focused, caring, and welcoming. I have done some of my best work with all of you. Continue to challenge the status quo, and keep shining!”, she added in the post.

“Thank you to all the partners – for the collaboration, staying open to push boundaries and forging new innovations”, the post further said.

She has been associated with Tata Communications for nearly 10 years. Ina is a human resources practitioner with nearly 21 years of multi-industry exposure.

Her earlier stints include working with Essar, HSBC, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She is an alumnus of K.J. Somaiya Institute Of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
