Manu Arora Steps Down as CHRO of Magicbricks

After more than three years with Magicbricks, one of India’s top real estate websites, Manu Arora has left his role as Chief Human Resources Officer.

He shared the update on social media, expressing thanks for his time at the company and confidence in what’s next.

Years of Growth and Teamwork

Manu called his time at Magicbricks a strong learning period marked by teamwork and key achievements.

He spoke about handling tough situations, celebrating wins, and working alongside people who made a real difference.

He credited the company’s focus on improvement and collaboration as key parts of his experience.

Appreciation for the HR Team

He praised the HR team he led, calling out their steady work and commitment. “Watching them take on challenges and often go beyond what was asked has been one of the best parts of my job,” he wrote.

He also thanked them for their support and wished them well.

Looking Ahead

Though leaving wasn’t easy, Manu said the time felt right for a change. He hasn’t said what he’s doing next but hinted that he will share more soon.

He has nearly 25 years of experience in HR. He joined Magicbricks in 2021 and has worked with several major companies, including ProventusHR, TERI, Indiahomes.com, HRemPACT, Nokia, HCLTech, Nucleus Software, and TCS.

His focus has always been on building strong teams and improving how workplaces function.
