Valeur Fabtex appoints Dr. Debjani Roy as CHRO

Valeur Fabtex has appointed Dr. Debjani Roy as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

Dr. Debjani Roy confirmed the appointment and said, “I’m excited to start my new job as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of Valeur Fabtex, an organization creating excellence in area of Skill Building & Leadership Development. Also – with plans to make forays in the education sector.”

She is a Human Resource professional with over 24 years of corporate experience, with an established reputation for providing transformative people leadership.

She has handled all aspects of HR including IR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Policy, Operations, Divestment, Cross-cultural workforce, Diversity, Gender & Inclusion and HR Shared Services.

With extensive HR exposure she has practical involvement across various sectors like Manufacturing (NALCO), Telecom (Bharti), IT and ITES (HCL Tech. & BPO, Bentley Systems & Bharti), and Travel (Kuoni), she brings a wealth of experience.

Dr. Debjani holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Executive), Organisation Behaviour from the Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi, and completed her Master of Arts in International Relations, International Politics, History, Economics & Law from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.
