Jaquar Group appoints Ranjeeka Sachdev as CHRO

A rapidly growing multi-diversified brand, Jaquar Group has announced the appointment of Ranjeeka Sachdev as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 2024.

In this new role, Ranjeeka will be responsible for the entire gamut of people and culture of the organization from a future of work & future of business perspective.

She has over 20+ years of HR experience in boosting synergies of multiple excellence innovations – L&D, WFH Innovations, Employee Delight & CSR, Employer Branding, Global Mobility, Succession Planning, Talent Transformation & Business Partnering, and People Strategy Innovation. 

Before joining Jaquar Group, Ranjeeka’s professional journey includes impactful contributions as General Manager – HR, South Asia at Pernod Ricard, and key positions at Gap Inc. and Yamaha Motor India.

She holds a Master in Business Administration in HR from Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis International University.

Ranjeeka’s commitment to professional development is evident through her certifications as a Mentor and a Coach, underscoring her dedication to nurturing talent.
