Tredence elevates Rekha Nair as Chief Human Resources Officer

A global data science solutions provider, Tredence has elevated Rekha Nair as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective July 1, 2024.

Most recently, she was HR Head, India with Tredence, overseeing an organization of approximately 2000 employees. Rekha also led the functional COEs of Talent Management & Leadership Development and Total Rewards.

Rekha is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within the IT Services and Consulting Industry.

She is recognized as a result-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving change and transformation through business-focused HR strategies for large global MNCs and hyper-growth start-ups/scale-up organizations.

Prior to Tredence, Rekha spent over 10 years at Capgemini in various leadership roles, with her last designation being Vice President – HR.

Previously, she worked with Mphasis as HR Lead – Service Desk, a business unit, with 3000+ employees across India.

Rekha began her career at HCL Technologies as a Lead HR Business Partner, managing HR for the Infrastructure Services Division’s US Delivery Unit, overseeing 3000+ employees across India.

Rekha holds her Masters in Management Studies from SIES College of Management Studies and completed her Bachelor of Engineering from University of Mumbai.
