Zypp Electric, India’s leading tech-enabled EV-as-a-service platform, has launched an exciting festive campaign called the “Zypp Diwali Bonanza”.

Running from October 20th to November 20th, 2024, this initiative celebrates Diwali while enhancing gig workers’ earnings and long-term benefits.

Zypp Electric: ESOPs for Zypp Pilots

As part of the Diwali Bonanza, Zypp Electric is recognizing its longest-serving Zypp Pilots by introducing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Valued at ₹15 lakhs, this ESOP provides dedicated Pilots with a pathway to financial security and retirement benefits.

It aligns perfectly with Zypp Electric’s vision of empowering gig workers, ensuring they are not just participants in the gig economy but true partners in the company’s sustainable growth journey.

The heart of the campaign lies in rewarding hard work.

The top 30 Zypp Pilots will receive gold and silver coins based on their performance during the festive season.

Whether they’re delivering groceries, food, or e-commerce products, every single delivery brings them closer to these exclusive Diwali rewards

Additionally, on October 31st, Zypp Electric is offering an opportunity for Pilots to double their earnings, encouraging them to maximize their efforts on this special day.

Zypp Electric is going beyond traditional rewards. They’ve introduced a Zypp Electric Scooter ownership plan for their pilots.

In a rent-to-own format, this plan enables Pilots to own the very scooters they ride, all at no extra cost.

It’s a thoughtful gesture that empowers gig workers by giving them ownership and a stake in the company’s mission toward sustainable growth.

Impact on Last-Mile Logistics

Zypp Electric’s commitment to gig worker empowerment extends beyond Diwali.

With an asset-light model and a fleet of 20,000+ electric vehicles (EVs) spanning Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, they’re revolutionizing last-mile logistics.

Zypp Electric’s EVs produce zero tailpipe emissions, significantly reducing the carbon footprint associated with delivery operations.

By replacing fossil fuel-based vehicles, they contribute to cleaner air quality in urban areas.

Equipped with high-performance batteries and advanced features, Zypp’s EVs optimize last-mile delivery operations.

route planning and real-time tracking systems improve delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Zypp Electric has strategically placed charging stations across key locations, ensuring seamless operations for their electric vehicles.

This reliable infrastructure allows businesses to scale their delivery operations efficiently.
