At GSK, Rajiv was providing HR leadership to Global Manufacturing & Supply Organization in the areas of Leadership Development, Capability Development, Employee Engagement & Culture, Organization Design, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and IR Strategy- Union Relations.
Stryker Corporation is a Fortune 500 medical technologies company based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The company offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that help improve patient and hospital outcomes.
Rajiv has almost 24 years of experience in human resources across Pharma, Biotech, Power, Technology and FMCG sectors, and earlier to joining GSK, he has also been worked with companies like Biological E. Ltd., Dr. Reddy’s, Transformers & Rectifiers India, Honeywell, and Tata Chemicals.
Rajiv has done BE (I&C) from Government Engineering College and earned post-graduation in human resources with a specialization in OD and Strategic HRM from IIM Indore.
