Jeh Aerospace Appoints Anuradha Das as Chief People Officer

Jeh Aerospace, a rising leader in precision aerospace and defense manufacturing, has appointed Anuradha Das as its Chief People Officer (CPO).

Anuradha brings over two decades of expertise in human resources, organizational design, and leadership development.

Anuradha Das’s Roles and Responsibilities at Jeh Aerospace

As Chief People Officer, Anuradha will be responsible for establishing Jeh Aerospace’s people and culture framework from the ground up.

Her mandate includes:

  • Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Building a strong talent pipeline to support Jeh Aerospace’s expansion in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
  • Performance Management & Leadership Development: Designing structured frameworks to enhance employee productivity and leadership capabilities.
  • Learning & Development Programs: Implementing upskilling initiatives to ensure Jeh Aerospace remains globally competitive in aerospace engineering.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Strategy: Fostering an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Jeh Aerospace’s long-term vision.
  • Employee Engagement & Organizational Design: Strengthening HR policies to create a high-performance work environment.

Anuradha expressed her enthusiasm for the role, stating: “I look forward to advancing the founders’ vision of nurturing a resilient talent ecosystem and culture that addresses global supply chain disruptions in the aerospace and defense industry.”

Anuradha Das’s Leadership Journey

Before joining Jeh Aerospace, Anuradha held senior HR leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent organizations.

She was Head of People Strategy at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Technology and Business Services India, where she played a key role in talent development.

In this position, she led workforce transformation initiatives, driving organizational efficiency and innovation.

Anuradha made history as Tata Motors’ first Chief Diversity Officer, leading the charge in workplace inclusivity.

In this role, she spearheaded progressive policies and developed long-term industrial relations strategies to strengthen employee engagement.

She became the first female Plant HR Head at Tata Motors, leading operations at the Sanand and Pune manufacturing facilities.

In this role, she played a critical part in labor negotiations and strengthening employee engagement within the workforce.

Her expertise spans talent development, diversity and inclusion (DEI), and strategic workforce planning, making her an invaluable asset to Jeh Aerospace.

With these strengths, she is set to drive the company’s next phase of growth, ensuring a future-ready workforce.

Jeh Aerospace’s Growth and Industry Recognition

Jeh Aerospace is undergoing rapid expansion, solidifying its position in the aerospace industry.

As part of this growth, the company has launched the Jeh Centre of Aerospace Skill (JCAS), India’s first Centre of Excellence dedicated to aerospace manufacturing talent.

The company received the prestigious ‘Emerging Manufacturer of the Year’ award at the Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards 2024, recognizing its excellence in aerospace manufacturing.

Additionally, it earned international acclaim as ‘Top New Supplier of the Year’ from RH Aero Systems, further solidifying its industry reputation.
