FINDI Group, a leading fintech and financial infrastructure company, has announced the appointment of Randeep Singh as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Randeep will be based at FINDI’s New Delhi headquarters and will oversee the people strategy across all verticals, including FindiATM, Transaction Solutions International (TSI), FindiBANKIT, and Unified Banking Centres.
A Veteran HR Leader with Global Experience
With over 23 years of cross-sector HR leadership, Randeep Singh brings a wealth of experience in organizational transformation, HR technology, and people-centric growth strategies.
His career spans senior roles at:
- PwC
- Macquarie Group
- Essar
- Reliance Retail
In these roles, Randeep led HR transformation initiatives across India, the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, giving him a global perspective on workforce development and operational excellence.
Notably, Randeep also co-founded HONO, an HR tech firm that has scaled operations across 10 countries, underscoring his deep expertise in digital HR innovation and scalable talent solutions.
Growth Trajectory of FINDI: From Infrastructure to IPO
FINDI has been making significant strides in expanding its financial access infrastructure.
Through its majority-owned Indian subsidiary TSI, the company recently acquired:
- Tata Communications’ White Label ATM business (Indicash, now rebranded as FindiATM)
- BANKIT, a digital payments company (rebranded as FindiBANKIT)
FINDI’s diversified portfolio includes Brown Label ATMs, White Label ATMs, Merchant-Based Payment Solutions, and Unified Banking Centres.

FINDI has appointed Rothschild & Co as its exclusive financial advisor for the upcoming IPO.
