Page Industries, the exclusive licensee of Jockey International in India and several other countries, has announced the appointment of Benjamin Felix Rajkumar as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective September 1, 2025.
In his new role, Rajkumar will oversee all aspects of the company’s People and Culture initiatives, primarily focusing on improving business efficiency through effective workforce management.
Professional Background
Rajkumar joins Page Industries from CaratLane, a Tata Group company, where he served as CPO and led the human resources function for the omni-channel jewelry brand.
Before that, he worked at Titan Company, where he led the Corporate HR Business Partnering team. At Titan, he also headed the Leadership Development vertical, creating and running programs aimed at strengthening leadership skills across different levels of the company.
With more than 16 years of experience, Rajkumar has built expertise in People Strategy, leadership and culture, Employee Relations, Business Partnering, and learning and organizational development.
His career reflects a strong focus on shaping employee experience and aligning people practices with business goals.
Rajkumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University and a PGDM from XLRI School of Business & Human Resources, Jamshedpur, a premier institute for management studies.
