Worley elevates Aanchal Singh to Senior People Director & India HR Head, marking a key milestone in her distinguished HR career of nearly two decades.

In this new role, Aanchal will spearhead Worley India’s human resources strategy, overseeing a diverse workforce of over 7,000 employees across engineering and consulting operations.

Her focus will be on strengthening workforce capabilities, advancing leadership development, and deepening Worley’s inclusive, performance-driven culture in alignment with the company’s global vision for sustainable growth.

Extensive Background and Experience

Aanchal’s journey within Worley has been defined by impactful leadership and a deep commitment to people transformation.

Having previously worked as Director and Associate Director – People, she has been instrumental in shaping talent strategies that foster collaboration, innovation, and professional excellence.

Before joining Worley, Aanchal held several leadership positions at Tata Motors, where she played a transformative role in the Passenger and Electric Vehicles division.

As Head of HR for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care, she was known for designing agile people strategies and driving large-scale organizational change.

An engineer turned HR professional, Aanchal holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Recognized among the “40 Under 40 HR Leaders” in 2020, she continues to champion a people-first approach that blends empathy, innovation, and strategic foresight—qualities that now define her leadership at Worley.
