With over two decades of expertise in people leadership, organizational transformation, and talent development, Samidha will spearhead the People and Culture function, developing HR strategies in line with the company’s mission.
Extensive Experience and Background
Prior to joining Fiserv, she was working with Oasis Fertility as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
And earlier she worked as Head- HR for Technology and IT Operations at VOIS, Vodafone’s global technology shared services arm, where she was instrumental in driving initiatives that elevated workforce capabilities.
Her career spans significant leadership roles at Intel Corporation, Infosys BPO, and ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd, where she delivered impactful transformations in talent management and organizational culture.
Her strategic perspective and operational expertise have consistently shaped high-performing teams across diverse industries.
An alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Mohanty is known for her passion for aligning people strategies with overarching business objectives.
In her new role at Fiserv, she will work closely with the leadership team to foster a culture of trust, empathy, and excellence—critical to the organization’s mission in making fertility treatments more accessible and patient-centric.
