Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has announced that Sanjay Sharma, Global Head of Operations and a member of the Company’s Senior Management, has been entrusted with additional responsibilities of the CHRO’s office, effective December 1, 2025.
This move comes following the resignation of Archana Bhaskar, CHRO, effective from November 30, 2025
With over 28 years of experience, Sanjay Sharma is a transformational leader who has successfully navigated diverse roles spanning Supply Chain and Sales across emerging and developed markets.
Extensive Experience and Background
Sanjay joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in 2017 and is currently working as Head of Global Operations.
Prior to this, Sanjay was the Whole-Time Director on the Board of The Coca-Cola Company, where he led one of the largest integrated supply chains in the subcontinent—a role that demanded strategic foresight, scale management, and operational excellence.
Earlier, he worked with United Breweries Limited as the National Head of Engineering, driving innovation and efficiency across multiple sites.
