Oxane Partners appoints Ankush Arora as CHRO

The technology-driven solutions provider to the private markets industry, Oxane Partners has announced the appointment of Ankush Arora as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

In this role, Ankush will help further strengthen the firm’s people-first culture at Oxane Partners. Further, he will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, talent acquisition, learning and development, people operations, and employee engagement programs for Oxane.

The announcement comes at a time when the firm is rapidly scaling its workforce. It is also planning to expand to 500+ people in the next 2 years.

Ankush has over two decades of experience. He has led HR functions within the organization. Prior to the current organization, he was associated with Absolute® as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Earlier, he worked with leading organizations such as L&T Infotech, SAP Labs, Tata Interactive, Jubilant Lifesciences, Havells, and Grofers.

Ankush is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management. He completed his bachelor of engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
