An Indian multinational information technology service company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a Walk-in Drive on 5th November 2022 in Kolkata.

Tata Consultancy Services made a net addition of 9,840 people this quarter and onboarded close to 20,000 freshers in Q2, an increase of 33% over the previous quarter. The company had said it plans to onboard 45,000-47,000 freshers in the current fiscal year out of which it has already hired 35,000 so far.

TCS has a total workforce of 6,16,171 employees globally. The software giant reported Employee Attrition of 21.5% for the second quarter ending on September 30, 2022, which is higher than the previous quarter of 19.7%.
