Groupe SEB India appoints Bhawana Dhawan as AVP- HR & Admin, (Head- Human Resources).
Prior to this, Bhawana was associated with pladis Global for 12 years and most recently, she was working as HR Lead – Western Europe and Emerging Markets.
Commenting on her appointment, the company said, “It gives us immense pleasure to welcome Bhawana Dhawan on board as the AVP – HR & Admin. Bhawana comes with more than 15 years of rich work experience in HR Generalist profile with expertise in Human Capital, Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness.”
“Bhawana started her journey with InterGlobe Enterprises and later joined pladis, erstwhile United Biscuits. Over the past 12 years in pladis, she had been instrumental in setting up India HR, in the development of emerging Markets based out of London HQ, and latterly across the WEEM region based out of Amsterdam,” it said in the company statement.
The company further said, “She has rich domestic & global experience, we look forward to her proven leadership in the domain of HR, her passion for building and empowering people in the organization, more so nurturing them.”

Bhawana holds PGDBMR- human resources from New Delhi Institute of Management.
