InsuranceDekho appoints Divya Mohan as CHRO

An online platform, InsuranceDekho has appointed Divya Mohan as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this role, she will be responsible for spearheading human resources (HR) at the organization. Additionally, she will further build the people function to effectively support the overall business plan and growth of the company.

Her experience includes driving change, managing a diverse workforce, leadership development, employer brand communication, organization effectiveness, and executive compensation.

She has more than 16 years of experience across large and diversified conglomerates as well as new-age startups.

Her earlier stints include working with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, VLCC Healthcare, Volvo-Eicher commercial vehicles, and OYO. 

Divya began her career with Mahindra & Mahindra in the automotive sector where she had exposure to multiple roles across corporate and factory HR.
