JK Fenner (India) Ltd. appoints Sakthivel M as VP-Corporate HR

A part of the renowned JK Organization, JK Fenner (India) Ltd. has appointed Sakthivel M as Vice President Corporate Human Resources.

He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Corporate Human Resources at JK Fenner (India) Ltd!

Sakthivel is an astute leader with a proven track record in the HR Field and experience over 23 years in both MNCs and Indian corporations including FMCG, Textile, Engineering, and Natural Resources companies.

He is a Human Resources strategist with extensive experience spanning several areas including Organization Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Digitization & Innovation, Business Process Engineering, and a seasoned Employee Relations expert. 

Prior to JK Fenner (India) Ltd., Sakthivel was associated with Vedanta Resources Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer.

His earlier stints include working with Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works Limited.

Sakthivel is an alumnus of Pondicherry University. He holds his Master of Social Work (M.S.W.), Human Resources, and Industrial Relations from PSG College of Arts and Science and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Physics from the Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science.
